Medborgarskolan has locations across the country, and our courses and cultural activities engage nearly one million participants every year. Our activities are open to everyone. Medborgarskolan Stockholm Region is a non-profit association that, in addition to traditional adult education, operates preschools, primary and secondary schools, upper secondary schools, post-secondary education, vocational training (YH and KU programs), and corporate training. We are currently looking for course leaders in payroll administration, programming, STEM/robot building, Office programs (advanced), gardening, dogs, and cats.

About the assignment

We are looking for you who have relevant education, good subject knowledge, and experience in the area you wish to teach. You have the opportunity to hold courses during the day, evenings, and/or weekends, starting in the autumn term of 2026.

We welcome both those who wish to lead longer courses and those who have ideas for workshops or lectures within your subject area.

We would like you to:

• have good knowledge within your subject area
• be able to plan and conduct teaching for adult participants
• be pedagogical, structured, and confident in leading groups
• wish to inspire and share your knowledge
• preferably have experience in teaching, mentoring, or leadership

Examples of subject areas

We are looking for course leaders in, among other things:

• payroll administration
• programming
• STEM and robot building
• Office programs at an advanced level
• gardening
• dogs
• cats

Employment type: Project-based employment with an hourly wage based on agreement.
