• Is a qualified education manager and meets the Swedish Transport Agency's requirements for the role.

• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

About the role

As an education manager, you play a central role in the operations and are responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the quality of traffic education.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Planning, leading, and developing the educational activities in accordance with current regulations and quality requirements.
• Being responsible for educational planning, course structure, and monitoring the students' educational process.
• Supporting and collaborating with driving instructors to ensure high and consistent educational quality.
• Working closely with the school's management and administrative staff to develop the operations.
• Ensuring that students receive a structured and efficient education plan leading up to their driving license.
• Monitoring results, routines, and quality work, and promoting continuous improvements.
