Hackås School is now seeking a certified primary school teacher for instruction in grades 4–6. The placement and main duties will be tailored to your certification and the needs of the school.

You will be responsible for a class or teaching group. Together with your colleagues, you will plan and conduct teaching based on the national curriculum as well as the students' interests and needs. Our goal is to provide meaningful and developmental teaching for all our students at Hackås School.

In the role of a teacher here, you will collaborate with other school staff to strengthen each student's knowledge development. Together with colleagues and the principal, you will work towards the development, learning, and influence of all students in the teaching process. We value that our students have fun, feel safe, and get the opportunity to develop based on their own prerequisites.

You are part of a team where you, together with your colleagues, are responsible for maintaining and further developing the pedagogical operations. All employees at the school are involved in systematic quality work, and you view collegial learning as a natural part of your assignment.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified primary school teacher, preferably with previous experience working in primary school. We expect you to be well-versed in the national regulatory documents for primary school operations and to have excellent knowledge of the Swedish language (both spoken and written). Good knowledge of systematic development work is considered an advantage.

Bergs Municipality is a Sami administrative municipality, so we consider knowledge of Southern Sami language and culture to be an advantage.

The starting salary range for the position is between 32,000–38,000 SEK for certified teachers. Bergs Municipality applies HÖK/AB (general terms), appendix M (holiday service) for this position.
