Lugnviksskolan is a two-parallel F-9 school (grades 0-9) with approximately 490 students. Our school is an inspiring workplace where we put the student at the center. Your new job

As a teacher with us, your most important task is to create a learning environment where every student feels safe, seen, and motivated to develop. You contribute to building a culture characterized by trust, high expectations, and belief in every student's ability to succeed.

As a homeroom teacher at the intermediate level (grades 4–6), you primarily teach theoretical subjects. In your work, you are supported by an engaged student health team and resource teachers who, together with you, create the best conditions for students' learning and well-being.

You will become part of a professional and collaborative work team where you together plan, develop, and take responsibility for the students' education. Through your joint work, you create teaching that inspires, challenges, and leads to good results.

A central part of your task is to awaken students' curiosity and desire to learn, while strengthening their ability to take initiative, develop their knowledge, and take responsibility – for themselves and for others. Together, we shape tomorrow's secure and responsible citizens!

Common tasks

  • Plan and implement teaching according to the curriculum
  • Collaborate with the work team regarding teaching
  • Assess and grade students
  • Document in the operational system
  • Create a good environment for learning

Your qualifications

  • Certified teacher for grades 4–6 with broad subject competence
  • You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • You have good knowledge of the school's steering documents and can apply them in daily work.
  • Previous experience within the school sector is an advantage.
  • You are computer literate, and experience working with digital systems aimed at schools is an advantage.
