Our client in Köping is looking for a driven and engaged person within customer accounts. We are looking for you who thrive in a varied role where you work with economics and customer support. In this role, you work broadly with customer accounts and customer-related tasks in focus. You will become part of a small team at the client that works closely together.

About the role

In the role, you will among other things work with:

• Handling customer inquiries according to established routines
• Register and update customer data in the business system
• Work with customer accounts and follow-up of balances and invoices
• Handle complaints and other back-office tasks
• Receive and handle incoming customer cases
• Administer rental objects, warehouse information, and documentation
• Participate in improvement and efficiency initiatives and drive projects within the group

The assignment is on-site at the client and starts as soon as possible. It initially runs until the turn of the year.

Suitable background

We are looking for you who have a few years of experience in accounting or a similar role and preferably have experience from larger companies. You master Swedish and English well in speech and writing and have very good IT skills, where experience with SAP is an advantage.
