We are looking for more employees for our newly established group home in Trollbäcken, Tyresö, who can work on hourly vacancies as needed during the summer and onwards. Opportunities for a fixed schedule with specific fixed-term employment exist.
Lönnvägens group home is located in a mature residential area with proximity to nature, sea bathing, and Trollbäcken center. It is a newly established group home with a total of six apartments. Currently, three people live in the residence, and more may move in during the spring. In total, six people will live in the group home.
The residents are young adults who need social interaction and activities. They have intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and mental health issues, all with individual needs and support measures. They also require clear routines, structure, and a pedagogical approach. We work with methodological support and use a low-affective work approach.
About the PositionThe work involves support and service to the people living in the group home so that they can live a life like others. This means you are responsible for providing help and support in their daily lives and creating a safe and developmental environment for those living here.
It is important that you follow the daily structure of the residents and the operation, maintain contact with healthcare, psychiatry, and public dental care, administer medication, interpret needs and wishes, support with shopping and usual household tasks such as cleaning and service, participate in various leisure activities, provide support in social contacts, and maintain a positive work environment. Documentation and follow-ups are also an important part of the work.
You work on a schedule with varying working hours including mornings, days, evenings, sleeping on-call, every other weekend, and public holidays.

Then you might be the person our residents at Lönnvägens group home in Tyresö want to support them in their daily lives. We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in working within LSS (Social Services for Persons with Functional Disabilities) and have the ability to understand the life situation of people with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorders.
We are looking for you who can work varying hours such as early mornings, evenings, and weekends, as well as sleeping on-call. In addition to being able to work varying hours, we are also looking for you who have the ability to understand the life situation of people with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and mental health issues. Education as a nurse assistant, childcare worker, or similar, as well as previous experience of similar work within LSS, such as group homes or day activities, is meritorious.
A requirement we have is that you can read, write, and understand documentation. Therefore, you must master the Swedish language very well, both in speech and writing.
