Your new role

We are currently recruiting a recruiter for a well-known public sector organization with an important societal mission. Here you will have the opportunity to contribute to the organization's competence supply by recruiting qualified employees within several different professional areas.

In this role, you are independently responsible for the entire recruitment process – from needs analysis and job profiles to selection, interviews, reference checks, and appointments. You work closely with managers and business representatives, acting as a consultative support throughout the process.

The recruitment covers both specialist roles and business-oriented positions within the areas of Healthcare, Law, Social Sciences, Economics, HR, IT, and other support functions.

You will handle several parallel recruitment processes simultaneously, which places high demands on structure, prioritization skills, and professional interaction with both candidates and managers.

Key Details

Scope of assignment: Full-time, 100%
Employment type: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters.
Salary: Approx. 33,000 SEK/month
Start date: 2026-08-03
End date: 2027-02-02, with possibility of extension

To succeed in this role, you need

  • At least 5 years of experience in qualified recruitment work
  • At least 4 years of experience in competency-based recruitment
  • At least 4 years of experience in recruitment within the public sector
  • Fluent in Swedish (both spoken and written)
