Magitaskolan is a resource school located in Sköndal. The school offers primary school and adapted primary school (grades F–6) for students with autism who require an individualized pedagogical approach. Knowledgeable staff work in a calm environment with small class sizes.
We are currently seeking a qualified special needs teacher with a specialization in intellectual disability. You will work in a group of 9 students, where several are studying core subjects. The position is full-time (100%) and starts on August 12.
The ideal candidate understands the importance of building relationships and establishing routines. You are flexible, patient, and enjoy challenges. Previous experience working with similar target groups is a merit. You should be skilled at interacting with students so that they feel safe, motivated, and inspired in their learning environment. You focus on the success factors of teaching and strive to maintain a positive atmosphere, even when students occasionally pose challenges.
