Are you our new Executive Assistant/Intern?
Do you want the opportunity to work and develop in a private equity-owned company and gain valuable experience from senior leaders in corporate management? Then you might be the person we are looking for as Executive Assistant!
We are looking for you who want a key role where you get the opportunity to work broadly with, among other things, administration for the Group CEO, preparations for management group meetings, and office tasks.
About the role
In this part of the role, you function as an administrative and executive support for our Group CEO. Your duties will include, among other things:
- Supporting the management group in planning, material preparation, attending management group meetings, and handling minutes
- Managing the Group CEO's calendar, meeting bookings, and travel planning
- Miscellaneous office tasks such as ensuring office equipment works and ongoing ordering of fruit and other food items
Who are you?
We are looking for you who are structured and have a good ability to organize your work. You are self-initiating and take your own initiatives for what you see needs to be done. You thrive in change and are comfortable with practical tasks. The role also requires that you are good at communicating and have the ability to build good relationships with both internal and external parties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and preferably a Master's degree in economics, finance, management, or equivalent
- Experience in analyzing data and presenting data-driven conclusions
- Good habit of handling several parallel projects and working systematically
- Confident in communication with both internal and external stakeholders
- Very good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package
Meritorious
- Previous experience from venture capital-backed companies or other fast-growing environments where structures and processes may be under continuous development
- Accustomed to working closely with management or the board and participating in preparations for management or board meetings
- Good language skills in Norwegian, both spoken and written
- Experience working with AI tools
The employment
The position is an agreed fixed-term employment at 50% extending until December 31, 2026, with a possible opportunity for extension. Working hours will be placed in the mornings at the office located at Klarabergsviadukten 90B as much as possible.
We have collective agreements with Vårdförbundet, Akademikerförbunden, Läkarförbundet, and Vision. Extended security control and drug testing will take place in connection with employment.
