The client is a social and engaged person with a great interest in music and photography. We are looking for someone with experience in personal assistance, who has good physical strength, is calm and reliable. We would like you to be meticulous and have good patience. The client lacks verbal communication, which means you need to be social, sensitive, attentive, and skilled at interpreting facial expressions. You need to follow the instructions and routines that exist as this creates security in his daily life.

The client needs help with, among other things, transfers, dressing and undressing, household chores, and personal hygiene.

What does the job as a personal assistant entail?

As a personal assistant, you work with a person with a disability. There you help with the things in everyday life that many take for granted, such as dressing, taking care of the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a big difference and make someone else's daily life work.

We have clients of different ages and with different disabilities. Your workplace is where the client is, and the job is both varied and eventful. We believe that contributing every day to help a person live their life as they wish is the most important job in the world.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are engaged, respectful, and sensitive. We would like you to have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you can be the assistant we are looking for.

We would like you to:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.
• be able to understand and communicate in Swedish.
• be able to work flexible hours - day, evening, and weekend. Some of our positions also require that you can work nights.
• have experience in care and nursing. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).

Other information

Employment type: Fixed-term for the duration of the assignment.

Start date: By agreement.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the last application date. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

In the event of employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EEA or a valid work permit.
