Teacher for Middle School – Hälsinggårdsskolan!

Hälsinggårdsskolan is a K-9 school with approximately 700 students, of whom around 280 are in grades K-6. The school has a nature-friendly location near forests and lakes. The operations are characterized by an inclusive approach with a focus on learning, safety, and study environment. In grades K-6, development work is ongoing with a focus on clear structures, common routines, as well as a language-developing and intercultural approach in teaching.

Responsibilities

As a teacher in middle school, you are responsible for teaching in Swedish, Social Studies (SO), and English. You share mentorship with a colleague and are part of a work team where teaching is planned, implemented, and followed up together. The role includes creating a safe and structured learning environment that promotes learning and study environment. You conduct development conferences and maintain continuous contact with students and guardians.

Requirements for the role:

• We are looking for you who have a teaching license with qualifications to teach Swedish, Social Studies, and English in middle school.

Personal Qualities

You are confident and clear in your professional role, have good collaboration skills, and can adapt teaching to students' different needs. You contribute to a good work climate and have the ability to build good relationships with students and guardians.

Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

Desirable Qualifications

• It is desirable if you have experience teaching multilingual students, working with digital learning tools, and working with students in need of special support, for example within NPF (Neurodevelopmental Disorders).

Employment Terms

The recruitment is for a permanent full-time position. Start date latest 2026-08-26 or by agreement.
