Turebergsskolan is a school located within walking distance of Sollentuna center. Approximately 230 students in grades F-9 attend the school. We also have an RN unit with approximately 25 students with mobility impairments, as well as municipal joint teaching groups for approximately 40 students within the autism spectrum. The school has a well-functioning values-based work and actively works to create an accessible school for every student, and our employees are characterized by great engagement and high competence. We work every day preventively and compensatorily to support the students' social and knowledge development. We are the small school with big opportunities!

Job Responsibilities

In the role with us, you work to create a cohesive and meaningful school day for the students.

The position is a temporary employment with a combined assignment as a leisure center teacher and teaching physical education in grades 1–5. After the school day, you plan and carry out varied activities together with colleagues that combine learning, creativity, and play, while also providing space for recovery.

You build safe relationships with students and guardians, use pedagogical tools such as visual supports and digital aids, and continuously work on monitoring and developing the operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are proactive and flexible, with the ability to adapt to the needs of the operations. You find it easy to collaborate and quickly build trusting relationships with both students and colleagues. With a creative approach, you contribute to developing an inspiring and inclusive operation.

Requirements

• Licensed leisure center teacher with qualification in physical education
