Your responsibilities

In the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist, you combine a strategic perspective on workforce planning with operational recruitment work. You are responsible for attracting, identifying, and recruiting the right competencies based on business needs, while also contributing to the development of working methods, processes, and candidate experiences.

You work in a data-driven and proactive manner throughout the entire recruitment process, acting as a consultative partner to hiring managers and HR. The role involves close collaboration with various parts of the business and a strong focus on creating long-term conditions for successful recruitment.

You will become part of an experienced Talent Acquisition team working on the entire recruitment process – from attracting candidates and strengthening the employer brand to executing and closing recruitment.

Your main areas of responsibility:

  • Take responsibility for the entire recruitment process, from needs analysis and job profile to employment.
  • Work proactively with search and relationship building to identify and attract relevant candidates.
  • Design and publish target-group-specific advertisements, as well as conduct screening and interviews.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews, assessments, reference checks, and security clearance checks if required.
  • Provide strategic and coaching support to hiring managers and HR.
  • Follow up on recruitment results through analysis and data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
  • Contribute to and drive development and improvement work within Talent Acquisition.
  • Build and maintain networks to strengthen the organization's long-term workforce planning.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have several years of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition and thrive in a role where you can combine operational recruitment with strategic development work. You are used to taking overall responsibility through the entire recruitment process and have a proactive approach where you enjoy working with both search and advertising to reach the right candidates.

As a person, you are analytical, structured, and solution-oriented. You use data and insights to make well-founded decisions and see opportunities to develop both processes and working methods. At the same time, you have strong communication skills and build trusting relationships with managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.

We would like you to have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in recruitment and/or Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience with proactive search and recruitment of hard-to-fill profiles.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working in a data-driven manner.
  • Experience independently driving recruitment processes from start to finish.
  • A consultative and coaching approach in collaboration with managers and the business.
  • Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
  • Relevant academic education in HR or equivalent.
  • Experience with digital recruitment tools and modern working methods within Talent Acquisition.

It is also meritorious if you have experience with psychometric tests or certification within assessment.

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to current security clearance regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.
