It is also important that you have the competence to work with children with hearing impairments.

About the Workplace
Stenkula School is a grades F-9 school with approximately 500 students, which also includes an integrated resource school. This means that all staff need to be open to changing their interaction and teaching methods to best create an inclusive learning environment characterized by a strong belief that all students want to learn. Stenkula School is also Malmö's alternative for students with hearing impairments, who are fully included. The above conditions enable smaller teaching groups at the school to create the right learning environment for each student. We work according to Simon Sinek's The Golden Circle, and the school's "Why" is: "We Make The World A Better Place". Stenkula School's commitment plan has focused in recent years on Accessible Learning Environment, Language and Knowledge-Developing Work Methods, and ICT as an accelerator for pedagogy. The commitments aim to create a sense of belonging for all children by having all employees further develop the skills they need to create an accessible learning environment. We believe that we can all always develop and become better, and our school development is based on Michael Fullan's thoughts on Coherence. Here at Stenkula School, we make a real difference for ALL students every day. Join in creating every student's best school – you too!
