As an Insurance Advisor at our office in Kalmar, your focus is on creating value in every customer interaction. The role involves both incoming and outgoing calls with private customers. You actively work to assist existing customers, proactively contact customers, and meet potential customers seeking advice and information about our insurance solutions. Through a listening and professional approach, you identify customer needs, present attractive solutions, and contribute to long-term customer relationships. Your goal is to exceed customer expectations, build long-term relationships, and drive sales growth – always with the customer's best interest in mind.
As an employee here, you contribute to the department's development and goal achievement. You will enjoy a secure and enjoyable workplace filled with competent and helpful colleagues who are eager to share their knowledge. Initially, you will receive a comprehensive induction training to give you the best possible conditions for success in your role.
You have previous experience from relevant service and/or sales roles, and possess a structured, business-minded, and goal-oriented working method. As a person, you are organized, proactive, and committed to delivering good results. You have a knack for identifying different customer needs and are driven by exceeding their expectations.
Creating and maintaining personal and trusting relationships with people around you feels natural to you. You enjoy taking the initiative to help customers and can work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues to create business and satisfied customers. To succeed with us, it is important that you enjoy working towards clear individual goals while collaborating to achieve the team's common results. You communicate fluently in Swedish and handle English well. You must also be comfortable working with various IT systems and digital tools.

You will be located at our office in Kalmar. The position is a permanent employment, with a 6-month probationary period. Start date by agreement.
