We are now looking for a Construction Production Manager who wants to help drive our projects forward.

Location: Any location in Sweden

Position: Traveling role with on-site work at our customers' locations across Sweden

About the role

As a Construction Production Manager, you play a central role in our projects. You are responsible for leading and supporting the production team directly on-site, ensuring that work is carried out according to set goals for quality, time, and working environment.

The position is operational, meaning you will spend most of your working time out in the production area. You work closely with both employees and project management to create efficient workflows and successful project deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and monitor daily production.
• Ensure work is performed according to requirements for quality, safety, and delivery precision.
• Lead, coach, and develop employees in their daily work.
• Be responsible for working environment issues and ensure safety routines are followed.
• Report results, status, and any deviations to the project manager.
• Participate practically in project work when needed.

We are looking for you who

Are an engaged and structured leader with strong drive and good collaboration skills. You have experience from contracting or similar industries and thrive in a role that combines leadership with operational work.

Requirements

• Experience from contracting, construction, or related industries.
• Knowledge of working environment and quality work.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
