About the Role

This is a central role in the company where you are responsible for the entire chain – from estimation and bidding to the execution of projects.

You will be involved in:

• Selecting the right business opportunities
• Ensuring profitability
• Driving projects together with project management colleagues

You will become a natural hub between customers, installers, suppliers, and management – with great opportunities to influence both working methods and results.

Your Main Responsibilities

Estimation & Business

• Lead estimation and bidding work within contracting
• Prepare cost calculations, material lists, and offers
• Analyze risks, margins, and project economics
• Participate in technical and commercial dialogues with customers

Project Management

• Lead projects from start to finish
• Ensure economy, quality, and delivery
• Plan resources and staffing
• Follow up on projects and drive improvements
• Build long-term customer relationships

Who Are You?

You might currently work as a project manager, estimator, or leading installer – and want to take the next step.
