Elektro Emanuel is now looking for a Project Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for electrical installation contracts and contribute to our continued development. Elektro Emanuel is an established installation company with broad expertise in electrical work. Since our inception, we have evolved into a modern player with specialist knowledge in several areas. Today, we have approximately 90 employees and are located in Gothenburg, Varberg, Kungsbacka, Skene, and Veddige (head office). We have a strong order backlog, stable finances, and a culture characterized by collaboration, well-being, and long-term focus.

About the role

As a Project Manager with us, you will have a broad and responsible assignment where you drive projects from idea to final delivery. You will work with contracts within, among other things:

• Civil construction (schools, offices, infrastructure)
• Residential projects

We often work in partnering projects, which means close collaboration with customers and other stakeholders.

Your main areas of responsibility:

• Responsible for customer dialogue and contributing to good relationships
• Estimation, bidding, and sales
• Project management with overall technical and economic responsibility
• Design responsibility in your projects
• Site supervision and occupational health and safety responsibility
• Ensuring quality, schedule, and profitability

You will be based out of the office in Veddige, but also work on-site at the projects. You will have competent colleagues in design, administration, and management at your disposal.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are an engaged and business-driven project manager with the ability to create structure and drive projects to completion. You:

• Have experience in project management within electrical installation
• Are relationship-building and thrive in collaboration with customers and teams
• Work in a structured manner and have strong self-drive
• Have the ability to take responsibility and make decisions

We also see that you have:

• Good communication skills in speech and writing
• Authorization within electrical work
• Category B driver's license and possibility to travel for work
• BAS-P/U training (Construction safety training)
• Knowledge of contract law
