As a mechanical designer with us, you have the opportunity to influence how, when, and with what you work. We are attentive to your goals, your development, and your life situation, and we work together with you to find the right assignments and opportunities.

Our clients are primarily looking for mid-level to senior consultants with at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with 8–10 years of experience or more in mechanical design and product development.

We believe you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design and product development

• An engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• Experience working through the entire design process – from requirements and concept to finished product

• A structured approach to work and high quality awareness

• Experience working closely with customers and taking responsibility for technical solutions

• A curious and solution-oriented personality, with an interest in new technical environments and industries

• The ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing (mandatory)

• Good proficiency in SolidWorks and/or Inventor

• Experience from the industrial, manufacturing, or automotive sectors

• Knowledge of Creo and/or Catia

• Experience in product development in environments with high demands on quality, functionality, and manufacturability

• A practical mindset – perhaps you enjoy building, tinkering, or repairing in your spare time
