We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Logistics Engineer with experience in financial analysis and monitoring. In this role, you will serve as a bridge between operations and finance by optimizing supply chain processes while ensuring accurate cost allocation and insights into profitability.

This position is ideal for someone who is accustomed to working with and analyzing data, enjoys process improvements, and can translate operational activities into financial impact.

• Design, analyze, and optimize supply chain processes within planning, procurement, and manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain calculations and cost models to provide accurate cost visibility at the product and process level.
• Collaborate with the finance department to link operational data to financial reporting and cost structures.
• Identify cost drivers and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control efforts.
• Analyze inventory, logistics, and production flows to improve business processes.
• Develop KPIs to track performance, cost-effectiveness, and process efficiency.
• Lead or support cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.

You have strong communication skills and enjoy cross-functional collaboration, presenting analyses clearly to different audiences.

We also look for the following qualifications:

• An engineering degree in logistics or another relevant university degree.
• Documented experience in supply chain engineering, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Extensive practical experience with cost modeling methods.
• Good understanding of financial principles, cost structures, and profitability analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and BI tools. Experience with Infor M3 is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills as well as good problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally between operations and finance.
• Experience from manufacturing or process industry is a plus.
