About the role

The quality team currently consists of four colleagues responsible for process and quality control in production and testing during the development of our products. We are now strengthening our quality focus even further and are looking for two Quality Engineers to continue meeting our customer and production needs.

As a Quality Engineer, you are the driving force behind stable processes, high quality, and continuous improvements. You work closely with production within cross-functional collaborations and lead initiatives to improve product quality and prevent defects. You collaborate closely with department teams and are responsible for organizing and implementing competence-building measures throughout the organization.

Main responsibilities:
  • Participate in daily management and report on quality status.

  • Support operators with instructions, training, and daily problem-solving.

  • Drive implementation and improvement work on the line by developing processes, routines, instructions, and working methods.

  • Analyze quality outcomes and eliminate quality defects by driving deviation management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

  • Improve our internal processes based on COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality) and monitor quality outcomes in test and production databases.

  • Implement and monitor process capabilities for our production processes.

  • Efficientize product quality through digitalization.

  • Conduct internal audits, follow up on actions, and participate in external customer audits in the area.

  • Implement customer and group specifications on the line.

  • Monitor process data (SPC, waste, OEE) and initiate improvements.

Your profile

We are looking for you who thrive in an operational role where you are out in the facility daily, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards. You have a genuine interest in quality work and a strong belief in continuous improvement. As a person, you are meticulous and responsible with a pedagogical approach. You are proactive and solution-oriented while having good skills in planning, organizing, and prioritizing your work effectively. Since we operate internationally, it is important that you are fluent in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

We also look for the following qualifications:

  • A university degree with a focus on industrial organization, engineering, process, chemistry, or equivalent.

  • Work experience in product quality.

  • Documented training in quality and improvement work, preferably within Six Sigma methodology.

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, preferably also EN 9100 or other industry-specific standards such as Automotive.

  • Experience with methods and processes such as MSA, P-FMEA, PPAP, PRR, control plans, and capability studies.

  • You are proficient in working with SharePoint and have experience working in business systems.

We value experience in statistical analysis and the ability to handle and analyze data. In addition, knowledge of 8D, SPC, and basic measurement methodology is advantageous.

We are looking for two Quality Engineers. The positions are permanent, full-time (100%) based in Laholm. These roles report directly to the Production Department Manager. We are seeking a Quality Engineer for our Finishing department and a Quality Engineer for our Kits department.
