Tylö is looking for a Design Engineer Electrical for R&D

We are in an exciting growth phase and need to strengthen our R&D department with a driven and competent Design Engineer who wants to be part of our continued journey.

As a Design Engineer here, you will become part of our R&D team and be responsible for the electrical design of our power units and steam generators. In the long term, you can develop into project management.

In this role, you will work with the entire product development process, from idea and concept to mass production. You will develop design concepts, create 3D models and drawings, conduct tests, and document the products. The work is done in close collaboration with other colleagues within R&D as well as with our teams in sales, marketing, and production. You will also work closely with our Chief Technology Officer (CTO), to whom you will report.

We are looking for someone who works in a structured manner and has strong analytical skills. To thrive and succeed in this role, you are driven, self-motivated, and accustomed to taking responsibility for your tasks. You have good communication skills and can effectively drive projects and processes forward.

We expect you to have a university or civil engineering degree in electrical engineering or equivalent. Experience in project work is an advantage. You have experience with CAD design, preferably in SolidWorks, and have worked as an engineer for at least three to five years. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Experience with Adobe InDesign or the ERP system Jeeves is an advantage.
