About the Role

Coromatic develops and delivers solutions that ensure critical societal functions – such as hospitals, emergency services, data halls, and infrastructure – operate without interruption, 24/7. We are now looking for a Project Manager to join the team in Halmstad.

As a Project Manager, you have overall responsibility for your projects, from signed order to final delivery. You work with customer-specific backup power and energy systems and manage several projects in parallel, ensuring deliveries meet schedule, budget, and quality requirements. The role entails significant personal responsibility and close collaboration with both customers and internal functions as well as external partners.

In Halmstad, technically advanced backup power solutions are manufactured, tailored to each customer's needs. The solutions include, among other things, backup power plants (generators and UPS), power distribution and control systems, as well as control and monitoring solutions. Everything is integrated into complete turnkey deliveries that are built, tested, and finalized at the factory in Halmstad before being installed and commissioned at the customer's site.

You will become part of a competent and tightly knit team where colleagues support each other, share knowledge, and drive projects forward together.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Leading and driving projects with responsibility for schedule, budget, quality, and results.
• Monitoring economy, forecasts, and profitability.
• Coordinating internal resources such as design, procurement, and production.
• Tendering, managing, and following up on subcontractors.
• Serving as the main point of contact for the customer and building long-term relationships.
• Participating in construction and coordination meetings, as well as handling changes and additional work.
• Ensuring that production, installation, and commissioning are carried out according to plan.

The position is based at Coromatic's office in Halmstad, and you report to the Project Director.

Are you the right fit?

We are looking for you who have several years of experience in project management within the engineering, contracting, or installation industry, and who are accustomed to working with economic, customer, and delivery responsibilities. Experience in electrical power is highly meritorious. You have a good technical understanding and feel confident diving into complex solutions and coordinating various stakeholders. Additionally, you have experience in tendering and leading subcontractors.

A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
