Tylö is looking for a Quality Associate with Supplier Focus

As a Quality Associate with Supplier Focus (SQE), you will play a key role in ensuring that our suppliers work according to the highest quality standards and that our production is both stable and cost-effective. You will work closely with purchasing, production, and development, and be a central actor in the quality assurance of our products.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure that suppliers adhere to agreed quality standards.
• Ensure that specifications and purchasing documents are up to date.
• Handle and follow up on deviations through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Conduct supplier audits and process evaluations.
• Qualify and approve new suppliers.
• Lead outsourcing projects to ensure processes.
• Follow up on and analyze suppliers' quality key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Follow up on complaints and deviations.

Your background:

• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• Experience in supplier quality, production, or quality work is preferred.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
