About the Role

As a Production Worker, you will work for our client in the industrial sector in Falkenberg. You will work in production, following drawings and instructions that require both accuracy and precision. Together with your colleagues, you will work in a team with a strong focus on safety and quality.

The working hours are during the day, Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00, starting in week 34.

About You

We are looking for someone who is engaged in their work and enjoys physical activity. You enjoy new challenges, are driven and committed, and can deliver high-quality results. Since you will be working in a team, collaboration, a positive attitude, and flexibility are important. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have a forklift or crane license and previous experience working in the industrial, construction, or automotive industries. A driver's license and access to a car are required.

In this position, personal suitability will be given great importance.

About the Employment

The position is a consultancy assignment with a 6-month fixed-term employment contract, meaning you are employed by Adecco and rented out to the client. In the long term, direct employment with the client may also be an option. We want you to feel good and offer you a wellness allowance and discounts on gym memberships.
