As a Premises Coordinator at the Cultural Administration, you are offered a broad and varied assignment where you are a key person in creating sustainable, functional, and safe local environments. You work close to the operations, in collaboration with several actors both internally and externally, and have the opportunity to influence broadly in the operations. Your responsibilities

As a Premises Coordinator, you have an overall responsibility for planning, coordinating, and developing the administration's work with premise supply. You function as a link between the operations and the property owner and ensure that the design and use of the premises support the operations' needs, both today and in the future. The role is both strategic and operational, which means that you work with long-term premise planning and needs analyses while also being involved in the daily work related to premises and premise changes. You coordinate the work with premise needs planning, follow up on premise investments, and participate in various parts of the construction process. You develop and manage routines, processes, and working methods, and contribute to ensuring that the administration reaches set goals within areas such as quality, fire and safety, and economic sustainability. The role also includes responsibility for procurement issues related to premise adaptations and coordination of purchases within the administration. You work closely with managers and operations by providing support in questions regarding premises, safety, and future needs, and you collaborate continuously with, among others, the Technical and Property Administration as well as the municipality's network within premise supply. The assignment also includes analyses of premise costs, follow-up of agreements, work with systematic fire protection, and contributing to safe and secure premises.

Your qualifications

Requirements:

• Relevant university education in areas such as property management, property economics, urban planning, construction/engineering, or equivalent experience assessed by the employer as equivalent
• At least two years of experience working in the premise or property sector
• Experience working with premise programs, needs analyses, or premise supply plans including property economics
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Class B driver's license

Meritorious:

• Experience working in public operations
• Experience in a coordinating role within safety work
• Experience working in complex organizations with many contact surfaces
