ARE YOU OUR NEXT SPECIALIST?

At Holdit, you will become an important part of our product team at the headquarters in Varberg, working closely with design as well as purchasing, sales, marketing, and our sourcing office in China. You will play a central role in turning ideas into clear production specifications, while also helping to coordinate and hold together parts of the product development process.

This role suits you if you enjoy the combination of creativity, structure, and technical problem-solving – and if you thrive in a broad role where you are involved in the entire process from idea to finished product.

Main responsibilities:

CAD and Specifications

• Create and update CAD documentation for our mobile accessories and packaging
• Translate design ideas into production-ready drawings and specifications
• Document materials, dimensions, functions, and details for each product
• Take responsibility for the development of new product and packaging solutions

Prototypes & 3D Printing

• Be responsible for the creation of prototypes and 3D-printed models
• Ensure that samples and references are available for internal tests and suppliers
• Manage purchasing and administration regarding printing materials and equipment

Coordination & Product Development

• Provide support in the daily product development process
• Follow up on samples, comments, and changes together with suppliers and the sourcing office
• Help keep schedules, product information, and follow-ups organized
• Participate in ongoing dialogue regarding technical solutions and improvements

Visualization & Marketing Materials

• Collaborate with the marketing and online teams on 3D visualizations, renderings, and animations
• Assist with drawings and sketches for trade shows, store solutions, and displays

We believe you have

• Good knowledge of CAD
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• An interest in product development, design, and consumer products
• A structured work approach and a good eye for detail
• Experience or interest in 3D printing and prototype creation
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have previously worked with product development, supplier contacts, or production – but we place great importance on personality and the desire to develop.

As a person, you are technical and solution-oriented, receptive, and possess strong visual skills. You are structured and enjoy order & organization. Furthermore, we believe you are aesthetically minded with a solid interest in design, interior design, or similar fields.
