Transport Planner at Mson Transport AB

Mson Transport AB is a company that arranges transport of trailers and piece goods. We are located just outside Kungsbacka, about 30 km south of Gothenburg.

We direct approximately 45 truck drivers with tractors for transports throughout the Nordic region.

We facilitate transport jobs between freight forwarders and carriers. Our customers are located throughout the Nordic countries and in parts of Europe.

The traffic direction takes place in a group of five people.

Previous experience from the freight forwarding industry or a logistics education is meritorious, but not a requirement.

• handle email and customer support
• feel comfortable speaking on the phone in both Swedish and English

Responsibilities as a Transport Planner include among others:

• Email and phone support
• Setup of orders in our traffic program Opter
• You should master English in both speech and writing; knowledge of other languages is meritorious.
• On-call week via phone & email is included in the job, according to a rotating schedule (every fourth/fifth week).

Software we use:

• We work in a customer service program called Kundo, where we handle all emails.
• For traffic planning, we use Opter.
• Knowledge of Excel is meritorious.
