Do you want to work in a role where you can combine strategic planning with practical coordination? As a Local Coordinator at the Technical and Property Administration (TFF), you will help create sustainable, functional, and business-adapted local solutions that make a difference every day.
Your Responsibilities
As a Local Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating TFF's premises needs, both short-term and long-term. You have many contact points and work both strategically and practically to create functional local solutions for the business.
The responsibilities include among other things:
- coordinating TFF's premises needs according to the municipality's premises supply process
- identifying, documenting, and analyzing short- and long-term premises needs together with the businesses.
- developing and coordinating needs documentation and functional programs, as well as simplified documentation for urgent premises needs.
- being the link between businesses, local strategists, property managers, and other support functions in local matters.
- following local cases from need to finished result and representing the business's buyer perspective.
- project managing and coordinating moves, local adaptations, and other changes in the physical workplace
The role also includes an intendancy assignment which means:
- capturing everyday premises needs
- developing routines, templates, and working methods for local coordination and modern physical workplace
- coordinating furniture
- contact person/requirement setter/buyer towards all facility management for current business premises
- representing the business's needs in contact with managers
The role involves many contact points and close collaboration with both businesses, support functions, and external actors.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for you who have:
- relevant post-secondary education in property, property management, construction, urban planning, property economics, facility management, project management, or another direction that the employer considers equivalent
- at least two years of current experience in local coordination, local planning, property management, or equivalent property-related coordination tasks
- experience in project management or coordination of local changes, moves, needs analyses, or development initiatives
- experience in developing documentation, documenting needs, and coordinating several stakeholders with different perspectives
- good digital skills, including Office 365 and digital collaboration, planning, or monitoring tools
- good Swedish in speech and writing as well as a B driving license
It is meritorious if you have:
- experience in premises supply processes or functional programs
- experience in intendancy assignments, facility service, or management-related work with furniture, caretaking, and local service issues
- experience in public operations, buyer role, budget process, or procurement
- knowledge of workplace environment in premises and modern physical workplace
To succeed in the role, you need to be structured, proactive, and good at creating collaborations. You have an easy time building relationships and collaborating with different functions, while also driving issues forward and seeing what needs to be done. Since the assignment includes both planning and practical coordination, you need to be able to prioritize, keep several parallel issues together, and document the work in a clear way. You are also solution-oriented and thrive in a role where conditions may change, for example during urgent premises needs, moves, or adaptations of premises.
