About Us
The group Process Analysis is part of the Plant Design unit, which is responsible for ensuring that the nuclear power plants' design complies with current requirements.
About the Job
As Group Manager Process Analysis, you lead a team with deep analytical competence related to the plants' function. The group currently consists of 8 permanent employees and approximately the same number of consultants. The work includes, among other things, thermodynamic and thermo-hydraulic calculations, simulations, and studies of phenomena at the plant, system, and component levels.
The group contributes competence to support the operations and maintenance departments in complex issues, contributes to plant modification projects, and works on development within the areas of component analysis, CFD, performance monitoring, trending, and structural verification. R&D is conducted in flow technology, FSI/FIV through participation in national and international research projects.
An important part of the role is to plan competence development and resource allocation in projects, so that the group's competence is used in the best way possible based on the business's needs and the plants' modernization requirements.
Other important tasks for you as a manager are:
- Lead, coach, and develop employees in daily operations, which includes, among other things, working in projects, investigations, and analysis of various phenomena as well as business development.
- Ensure that the group has an stimulating and good working environment.
- Collaborate with several different groups and stakeholders in our organization.
You will become part of the unit's management group where we set common goals, support each other, and work to live up to the company's values and expectations.
Requirements
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous managerial experience or leadership experience
- University or civil engineering education in a relevant area, or equivalent experience
- Experience from the nuclear power industry

Location Ringhals, most of the work will take place on-site, but business travel occurs.
