Tylö is now looking for a Production Engineer

We are now looking for an engaged and solution-oriented Production Engineer who wants to take on a role in our continued development work.

As a Production Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring efficient and reliable manufacturing processes with high equipment and system availability. We have a varied production ranging from robot cells and assembly to our own carpentry shop. The role involves close collaboration with several functions within the business and requires a strong presence out on the production floor. You will become a key driver in our continuous improvement work.

Your main responsibilities

• Actively participate in daily operations and support production with technical questions
• Ensure process stability in production equipment and associated systems
• Identify, analyze, and execute investment projects from idea to implementation
• Drive the industrialization of new products with a focus on quality, standardization, and cost-effectiveness
• Ensure correct operating times and structures in the business system
• Work cross-functionally to optimize processes and flows

Your profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Economics, or equivalent experience
• Experience in automation, production equipment, press tools, and maintenance systems is an advantage
• Experience in driving technical projects and collaborating with external suppliers is viewed positively
• Knowledge of Lean Production
• Experience with CAD, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

You have good communication skills and find it easy to collaborate. Furthermore, you feel confident leading cross-functional improvement projects without direct personnel responsibility.
