Your role as Project Manager
You will independently drive projects from the planning stage to final inspection, ensuring that set goals are met and results are delivered to the client according to their expectations. The role involves managing the business relationship with suppliers, coordinating contacts, and being responsible for the technical execution. You will be responsible for resource planning and hold the economic responsibility for the project.
To achieve project goals, you lead and develop your employees, competent fitters, and technicians. You are also responsible for creating and monitoring quality, environmental, and health and safety plans.
This is a full-time position based in Varberg / Halmstad.
You will work in an entrepreneurial company characterized by growth and short decision-making paths. Our work is defined by high ambitions and excellent deliveries in collaboration with our customers and partners.
Your background
We are looking for you who have education and/or experience from the installation industry. You are an established project manager within the sprinkler industry who may take the next step towards becoming a contracting manager. We prefer that you have an academic degree/examination with a technical focus (HVAC, construction, or similar).
Good computer skills and a valid driver's license (Category B) are required. You must have previous experience working as a Sprinkler Project Manager.
To succeed in this role, you must be structured, responsible, and have good collaboration skills. The role requires high social competence and the ability to build trust, both internally and with customers. You are sales-oriented and business-minded, naturally curious, with a strong interest in the combination of technology, people, economics, and business.
