We are now looking for an experienced and driven Logistics Manager for our operations in Hyltebruk.

In this role, you are responsible for leading, developing, and ensuring daily operations within warehousing, material handling, and internal logistics flows. You have overall responsibility for ensuring that logistics operations are conducted with high safety, quality, and efficiency, with the goal of creating stable material flows and ensuring deliveries to production.

You work closely with production and other functions within the company, where you drive development, improvement work, and change initiatives through clear and engaging leadership.

Job Description

As Logistics Manager, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring efficient and safe daily operations within warehousing and logistics
• Planning, leading, and distributing operational work within the team
• Developing and optimizing material flows and working methods
• Driving improvement and change initiatives regarding safety, quality, and delivery precision
• Monitoring results and key performance indicators within the logistics area
• Responsible for inventory, stock control, and deviation management
• Ensuring order, structure, and standardization in the warehouse environment
• Having responsibility for the work environment and actively contributing to a safe and pleasant workplace
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or material handling
• Experience working with WMS systems (Warehouse Management System)
• Experience in leadership or team leading
• Experience in work environment and safety work
• Documented experience in improvement work
• Proficiency in working with ERP systems
• Knowledge within quality work and deviation management
• Good understanding of industrial processes
• Good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Merits:

• Experience with Jeeves and Agda
• Forklift license
• Good knowledge of the Office package

The salary range for this position is 35,000–45,000 SEK depending on experience and competence.
