Who are you?

As a Project Manager, you will have a central role where you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on projects from start to finish. You have overall responsibility for technology, economics, and resources, and you act as the natural link between customers, installers, and partners.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Leading and coordinating installers and subcontractors in daily work
• Responsible for project economics, resource planning, and financial follow-up
• Handling purchases, materials, and quotations
• Participating in construction meetings and maintaining ongoing dialogue with customers and clients
• Responsible for documentation, self-inspections, and final inspections

You are offered a varied and responsible role where you are given great trust to drive your projects independently. We are looking for you who have an electrical technical education, experience with electrical installations, and feel confident in planning, coordinating, and driving work forward. Perhaps you currently work as a project manager, foreman, or lead installer and are ready for the next step in your career. You thrive in a role where you can combine technology, leadership, and business acumen. You have a valid driver's license (Category B), are computer literate, and have good knowledge of Swedish.

As a person, you are structured, responsible, and solution-oriented. You easily build trust with both customers and colleagues and enjoy leading and coordinating multiple activities simultaneously. Your communication skills and financial understanding help you drive projects forward with both quality and profitability in focus.
