As a Production Engineer, you will join a mid-sized team consisting of both junior and experienced production technicians. The team is responsible for ensuring product quality and function, providing method support, carrying out work environment-related measures, and working with continuous improvements throughout the production. In the role of Production Engineer, you therefore focus on optimizing and developing the customer's production environment. You work on implementing improvements to increase efficiency and ensure quality, supporting and monitoring development within production.

• Proactively maintain and optimize manufacturing flows and manufacturing processes.
• Support the analysis of key performance indicators and suggest measures.
• Ensure that new moments and new techniques can be handled by operators.
• Handle failures related to the manufacturing process.
• Perform project tasks such as creating and maintaining preparations, routings, instructions, handling deviations, and other project assignments.

• Have a few years of experience from a role in production technology, logistics, or related operations.
• Post-secondary education in production technology, industrial engineering, or a corresponding technical focus.
• Good analytical skills with experience in identifying areas for improvement and driving relevant measures and activities.
• Ability to read, interpret, and work from technical drawings and documentation.
• Experience with CAD tools, preferably Creo or similar design programs.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Provide support and guidance to operators in their daily work.
• Participate in daily operational meetings, follow up on decided activities, and ensure progress in ongoing work.

• Have experience from complex manufacturing, production technology, or product development.
