About the Role

Do you want to lead a business with great significance for Ringhals' long-term safety, availability, and fuel economy? As Head of Unit for Reactor and Fuel Technology, you will have a central role in developing both people and operations within a technical specialist area that contributes to fossil-free electricity production.

About Us

The Reactor and Fuel Technology unit is one of seven units within the Maintenance area at Ringhals, with main tasks such as procurement of nuclear fuel, dimensioning reactor design, and monitoring reactor and fuel economy. About the Role

In the role of Head of Unit, you lead the operations towards common goals with a focus on the whole picture. You have personnel responsibility for the group manager and the associated staff for the unit. Together with the management group, you ensure that your unit develops in the desired direction and that we have a good work climate for well-being and performance.

The role of Head of Unit for Reactor and Fuel Technology is varied, and you will have the opportunity to drive your own issues while collaborating with other departments and groups within the organization. In the role, you have many different contacts within Sweden and internationally, e.g., with suppliers, authorities, external collaboration forums, and organizations.

  • Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish as well as experience communicating in English
  • Previous experience from the nuclear power industry

As Head of Unit, we see that you have good self-awareness as well as good organizational skills and a holistic view.
