Tylö is seeking a Quality Associate with Supplier Focus

As a Quality Associate with Supplier Focus (SQE), you will play a key role in ensuring that our suppliers adhere to the highest quality standards and that our production processes are both stable and cost-effective. You will work closely with purchasing, production, and development teams, serving as a central figure in the quality assurance of our products.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure suppliers comply with agreed-upon quality standards.
• Maintain up-to-date specifications and purchasing documentation.
• Manage and follow up on deviations through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Conduct supplier audits and process evaluations.
• Qualify and approve new suppliers.
• Lead outsourcing projects to ensure process integrity.
• Monitor and analyze supplier quality key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Follow up on complaints and deviations.

Your Background:

• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• Experience in supplier quality, production, or quality management is preferred.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
