Job Description

You will join our after-school care team and become part of a wonderful group of 20 employees, including 18 qualified primary school teachers specializing in after-school care, all striving for the best school for every student!

At Ribersborgsskolan, you are offered a developing environment with competent colleagues. You are led by a manager who is trained as an after-school pedagogue and has 25 years of experience in after-school care. As a primary school teacher in after-school care with us, you plan and conduct teaching and assess students in our after-school care program. Based on the curriculum and steering documents, we together create a secure environment in the after-school care that aims to strengthen our students in both their knowledge development and their personal development, while they enjoy a meaningful leisure time. During school hours, you collaborate with our school staff, and it may also become relevant for you to conduct teaching in one or more subjects during the students' school time. Together, we create a activity that meets our students and guardians in the best possible way based on their needs.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed primary school teacher in after-school care. Previous experience from the profession is meritorious. You have good insight and knowledge of the school's steering documents and apply these in your daily work. Furthermore, you have good didactic and pedagogical skills that enable you to independently lead and organize your work to create study peace and a good learning environment for our students throughout the day. Your teaching is modern, and you develop your and your colleagues' work based on evidence-based research.

To fit as a primary school teacher in after-school care with us, it is important that you are both independent and able to work in a team, and that you thrive in an activity characterized by development.
