As a Sub-Project Manager within Technical Information, you are responsible for planning, leading, and coordinating information deliveries within energy technology projects. You drive several parallel sub-projects and ensure that technical information is delivered according to schedule, quality requirements, and customer specifications. In this role, you act as a key link between technology, project organization, and the customer. You collaborate closely with internal specialists, project teams, and external parties to create efficient information flows and ensure successful deliveries. Your main responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, budget, and delivery within your sub-project
• Lead and coordinate 5–15 parallel sub-projects in various phases
• Ensure that technical information meets customer requirements, contracts, and specifications
• Coordinate activities between project members, customers, and external partners
• Identify risks and drive actions to ensure deliveries according to plan
• Contribute to internal improvement and development initiatives to streamline workflows and processes

• Have a post-secondary education in technology, project management, or information management
• Are structured, detail-oriented, and have good prioritization skills
• Have experience leading, coordinating, or organizing work in teams
• Are communicative and thrive with many contact surfaces
• Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
• Have a good understanding of systems and find it easy to get into new tools and processes
