Your Responsibilities

The Technical Information department currently consists of around 45 dedicated employees working on developing and managing technical information for gas turbines and heat pumps. The department is responsible for creating, administering, and delivering a large number of information products and manuals to both internal and external customers, with a continuous focus on developing processes, systems, and information solutions.

You will also maintain and develop standard templates and classification trees in our CMS system, as well as produce project-specific instructions.

Your Profile

To thrive in this role, we see that you are a person with strong system skills and the ability to seamlessly search for and gather information from various technical specialists within the company. You can structure, verify, and compile content with the target audience in mind. You are a quick learner, receptive, patient, and able to produce content in an efficient and meticulous manner.

• You have post-secondary education, university studies, or a university college degree with a focus on information technology. Data or computer science is an advantage.
• You have a few years of work experience in the field of technical information and feel confident creating new content independently.
• You have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• You have experience working with topic-based authoring, DITA, and XML.
• You approach problems and challenges patiently and in a structured manner.
• You are flexible and non-hierarchical.
