Who are we?

At Fodina, we work in the fields of terminology and writing support, offering both consulting services and our own software solutions. We are currently seven employees helping a number of market-leading companies manage terminology throughout the entire chain, from term extraction to usage in content production. As part of our small team, you will work in a family-like environment with close collaboration, significant personal responsibility, and great opportunities to influence the development of cutting-edge terminology applications.

Who are you?

To fit the role, we believe you have a strong interest in languages, are structured, and proactive. You are accustomed to working in various IT environments and find it easy to communicate with people in diverse roles and contexts. Additionally, you likely have experience driving smaller projects independently. You enjoy developing yourself and trying new things.

Your main responsibilities

• Assist customers with terminology work in various ways
• Lead development or implementation projects for customers
• Develop, adapt, and maintain language applications
• Maintain linguistic resources (e.g., dictionaries, style and grammar rules)
• Conduct training sessions for customers
• Further develop training and presentation materials
• Participate in seminars and trade fairs

Qualifications

• University education with a language focus at least at the bachelor's level, or alternatively a technical education with a strong interest in languages
• Background as a technical writer is advantageous, as is experience with terminology or translation
• Courses in language technology or programming are also advantageous
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English is required

About the position

• Scope: Full-time
• Location: Linköping and surrounding area
• Work model: Hybrid, with regular office days
• Start date: According to agreement

We offer flexible working arrangements with the possibility of remote work, while viewing the office as an important meeting place where we normally meet in person a couple of days a week.
