Your Role

As a Strategy Manager within Fighter Production, you will have a holistic view of the production's overarching strategies, as well as how they are developed and utilized. You will serve as a key interface with other functions within Saab working on strategy and business coordination. You hold overall responsibility for coordinating the following, which involves a mix of operational and strategic elements:

• Production Strategy
• Partner Strategy
• Procurement Strategy
• Expenditure Strategy
• IC Strategy

Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced individual with strong self-drive and engagement. You are social, communicative, and understand the importance of good collaboration. Furthermore, you are efficient, structured, and have the ability to see the big picture while understanding the details when needed. You are a networker who easily creates and maintains relationships and trust over time, both internally and externally.

You possess experience leading complex projects in dynamic environments. Your analytical and financial skills are combined with a strong business instinct, making you well-suited to handle uncertainties and drive strategic initiatives forward. Additionally, you have experience with contract responsibility and strategic work, further enhancing your competence. Your ability to communicate clearly in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, makes you a valuable asset in an international and technically advanced work environment.
