Särnmark is one of Sweden's oldest companies in personal assistance, founded by the current owner in the early 1990s. We work based on a clear and stated value base, and our primary driving force is to create the best conditions for individualized personal assistance based on each person's unique needs. Särnmark currently has over 3,500 employees, and our customers and staff are located throughout Sweden. Särnmark's head office is in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in other parts of the country.

We are now looking for personal assistants between the ages of 25–50 for a woman living in Sollentuna. The job suits you if you are secure, calm, and have great patience and understanding for people with neuropsychiatric difficulties. You must be able to work during the day and occasionally on day/evening or night shifts, part-time or full-time.

Experience with the following is meritorious:

• Neuropsychiatric diagnoses and medical conditions
• PANS/PANDAS with fluctuating symptoms
• Low-affective approach (calm and non-reactive interaction)

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks and understands fluent Swedish
• Is calm, clear, and pedagogical
• Can handle aggressive behavior without escalating situations
• Has the ability to divert attention and create security
• Can maintain a stable and secure approach even in difficult situations
• Is flexible, responsible, and empathetic

In the role, it is important to create calm and structure in daily life. You need to be able to defuse situations in a pedagogical and respectful way without creating conflict or guilt.
