Are you an experienced Workforce Management consultant passionate about optimizing planning, staffing, and operational control? We are now looking for a senior specialist for an exciting assignment where you will have the opportunity to analyze, challenge, and develop an organization's WFM capabilities at a strategic level 📊

In this role, you will conduct a comprehensive review of the organization's current Workforce Management capabilities. The focus is on mapping maturity levels, identifying areas for improvement, and developing concrete recommendations on how planning, scheduling, and control can be developed in both the short and long term.

You will collaborate with key stakeholders to create a clear picture of the current state and contribute expert knowledge regarding modern WFM processes and best practices.

• ✅ Evaluate and analyze existing WFM processes and working methods
• ✅ Conduct maturity assessments within Workforce Management
• ✅ Identify improvement potential in capacity and resource planning
• ✅ Review scheduling, staffing planning, and Real-Time Management (RTM)
• ✅ Develop concrete action plans and development recommendations
• ✅ Contribute insights regarding monitoring, control, and analysis

• ✔️ Documented experience in Workforce Management (WFM)
• ✔️ Experience in capacity planning, staffing planning, and scheduling
• ✔️ Experience in Real-Time Management (RTM) and operational analysis
• ✔️ Previous experience conducting maturity assessments, current state mapping, or operational reviews
• ✔️ Ability to identify development opportunities and translate them into concrete recommendations
• ✔️ Strong analytical skills and experience communicating insights to decision-makers

• ➕ Experience from large customer service or insurance organizations
• ➕ Experience in change management and process development
• ➕ Knowledge of modern WFM tools and forecasting models
