• Plan, implement, and follow up on teaching for grades 7-9.
• Give every student the opportunity to reach their full potential through individualized instruction.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe and inspiring school environment.
• Participate in the school's development work to improve pedagogical methods.

Mentorship is included as a natural part of the position.

We are looking for you who have the right combination of competence and enthusiasm for the teaching profession. You don't need to be perfect, but you need to have a passion for teaching and a desire to grow with us.

• You are a qualified teacher in English for grades 7-9.
• Experience in creating inclusive learning environments and working with diverse groups.
• Good communication skills with students, colleagues, and guardians.
• Confidence in using digital tools as support in teaching.
• Qualification in Swedish is highly meritorious, and additional subject qualifications are an advantage.

Ölyckeskolan is a smaller upper secondary school where relationships and good treatment are at the center. Here, both students and teachers know each other well, which creates a safe and family-like school environment. We are now looking for you who want to become part of our engaged collegium and teach English in grades 7–9.
