We are now looking for a Business Manager for Warehousing & Logistics who wants to help develop the warehousing and logistics processes of the future. Here you will have a central role where you combine operational responsibility with improvement work and collaboration across several business areas.

📦 About the role

As a Business Manager for Warehousing & Logistics, you will become a key person in the work to create increased control, structure, and quality within warehousing. You will be responsible for several warehouse units and contribute to developing working methods that strengthen the entire logistics chain.

You will work closely with colleagues in areas such as procurement, planning, and finance, while driving initiatives that improve warehouse flows, data quality, and processes.

📋 Your main responsibilities
  • Be responsible for four remote warehouses and ensure efficient warehouse operations

  • Plan, execute, and follow up on inventory counts

  • Ensure correct stock balances and high quality in warehouse data

  • Develop and improve routines, processes, and working methods within warehousing and logistics

  • Identify opportunities for improvement for more efficient material and goods flows

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as procurement, planning, and finance

  • Contribute to increased understanding and development within the logistics area

🎯 We are looking for you who

We are looking for you who have a solid background in warehousing and logistics and who thrive in a role where you can combine operational warehouse management with structure, quality assurance, and business development. You have an eye for detail, work methodically, and are driven by creating efficient warehouse flows and reliable warehouse data.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

✔️ At least 5 years of documented experience working in warehouse operations

✔️ At least 5 years of experience in warehouse administrative tasks, such as:

  • Follow-up on stock balances

  • Inventory counts

  • Exception handling

  • Management of material registers

  • Management of asset registers

✔️ At least 3 years of experience working in business systems or warehouse management systems (ERP/WMS)

✔️ Experience in ensuring data quality, structure, and order in warehouse-related processes

⭐ Bonus qualifications

It is extra interesting if you also have:

➕ Experience in warehousing within infrastructure, vehicle maintenance, or similar technically oriented operations

➕ Experience in project work where you have collaborated with functions such as procurement, planning, finance, or asset management

➕ Experience working in a hub or distribution environment

➕ Experience with warehouse-related systems such as:

  • Unit4 Agresso

  • Unit4 Warehouse

  • IBM Maximo

  • or equivalent ERP/warehouse management systems

We believe you are a structured and quality-conscious person who enjoys creating order and improving working methods. You have an analytical approach, are used to working independently, and feel confident collaborating with different parts of the organization.

Practical information

📌 Location: Hammarby area, Stockholm
📌 Scope: Full-time (40 hours/week)
📌 Assignment period: August 2026 – December 2026, with possibility of extension
📌 Work format: Primarily on-site, including regular visits to warehouse units several times per week
