Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for you, a teacher for grades 7–9 with qualifications in Music and Visual Arts. You will be part of a team of teachers where you will jointly plan and be responsible for the students' education and development. The focus is on creating the best conditions for each student in a safe and reliable environment.

You will teach students in grades 7–9, where you will educate and support them in their social and academic development. You will challenge students to take initiative, develop their interests, and take responsibility for themselves and others. At Alléskolan, you are offered opportunities for professional development, interesting assignments, and work in modern facilities. In your role as a mentor, you have a special responsibility for a group of students, giving you the opportunity to follow their academic progress and personal maturity. You inform and keep guardians updated on the student's development through regular development meetings.

Qualifications

You are a certified teacher with qualifications for teaching grades 7–9 in Music and Visual Arts. Previous experience as a teacher is considered an advantage. You have good insight into and knowledge of the school's governing documents and can use them effectively in your daily work. Furthermore, you have strong didactic and pedagogical skills, allowing you to lead and organize your work to create a good learning environment for our students throughout their school day.

Based on evidence-based research, you develop your work and work effectively with relevant digital tools. Naturally, you have a professional attitude and work towards building good relationships with our students, their guardians, and all your colleagues at the school.

About the Workplace

Alléskolan is a new upper secondary school in Hyllie that started in the 2024/2025 academic year. From the 2025/2026 academic year, the school moved into new, fantastic facilities. The school currently has five classes in grade 7, three classes in grade 8, and the Vintrie Resource School for 30 students. Over the next three years, the school will grow gradually to eventually serve approximately 450 students in grades 7–9. The school has five floors, large bright spaces, a large schoolyard, and a standalone sports hall right next door.
