Do you want to work closely with business-critical recruitment and gain insight into strategic appointments at the highest level? We are now looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on executive search – a role where you will have significant autonomy, the opportunity to influence, and the chance to work in complex and qualified recruitment processes.

In this role, you will work with active sourcing for senior and strategic positions. You are responsible for the entire process, from analysis and mapping to contacting and selecting candidates, contributing to high-quality delivery through structured and business-oriented work.

You work independently but in close collaboration with colleagues in the later stages of the recruitment process, creating a strong holistic approach.

• Independently drive search and candidate processes from start to finish
• Map markets and identify relevant candidate pools
• Proactively contact and attract candidates for senior roles
• Build and maintain networks within prioritized competency areas
• Participate in kick-off meetings and work based on defined requirement profiles
• Responsible for candidate dialogue, selection, and presentation of candidates
• Contribute to the development of working methods within sourcing and executive search

We are looking for someone with a strong background in search, research, or Talent Acquisition who thrives in a role with significant autonomy and high quality standards.

You have:

• At least 4 years of experience in qualified sourcing for executive positions, or alternatively at least 5 years of experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition with a focus on both specialist and executive roles
• Documented experience working with complex recruitments
• Excellent ability to navigate dialogues with senior decision-makers
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand new businesses and needs

As a person, you are curious, driven, and willing to take initiative in your work. You are self-sufficient and confident in driving processes forward, even in complex contexts. In meetings with candidates and stakeholders, you act professionally and build trust naturally. You work in a structured manner with a clear focus on quality and have the ability to combine precision with pace.

This is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by Jurek and work on-site at our client. The assignment runs from August 2026 to August 2027 and is located in Solna.
