About the Role

We are currently looking for a full-time receptionist for a company in central Stockholm. Here you will have a varied and dynamic workday in a professional environment. The position is full-time and permanent, with a start date after the summer.

Responsibilities

In the role of receptionist, you are a central contact point for employees, visitors, and suppliers. You deliver high-level service, take responsibility, and thrive in a role with varied tasks where you support wherever needed. You are proactive, anticipate needs before they arise, and take initiative to create a smooth and well-functioning work environment.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Receiving and welcoming visitors, as well as handling incoming calls and emails
  • Mail and courier handling
  • Purchasing office supplies and ordering lunch, fruit, and coffee
  • Ensuring that office spaces are presentable and well-functioning
  • Preparing rooms and arranging catering for larger meetings and events
  • Administrative tasks related to the reception and office
Qualifications

We are looking for you who have experience in service and administration, and who thrive in a role with significant personal responsibility. You are positive, solution-focused, and appreciate a work environment where service and structure are central.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

  • Previous experience working in service.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of the Office package and experience working in administrative systems
  • Ability to work independently, while also enjoying collaboration with others
  • A professional demeanor, attention to detail, and good prioritization skills
Other Information

Start Date: August 2026

Scope: Permanent, Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 17:00.

Salary: Individual salary setting (Union Collective Agreement)
