We are now looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for an exciting assignment where you will work in a data-driven, consultative, and proactive manner in a dynamic and development-focused environment.

The Role of Talent Acquisition Specialist

In this role, you have overall responsibility for the recruitment process and work closely with managers and HR as a strategic partner. You combine analysis, business understanding, and operational skill to ensure high quality and precision in every recruitment. You will work with both advertising and active search, and contribute to developing working methods, processes, and the candidate experience.

You will become part of an experienced team where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement are in focus, and where you have the opportunity to influence the entire talent lifecycle, from attraction to employment.

Examples of responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for the entire recruitment process – from needs analysis to employment
  • Work proactively with search and relationship building within relevant target groups
  • Create and publish target-group-specific advertisements
  • Conduct competency-based interviews, assessments, and reference checks
  • Act as a strategic and coaching support to hiring managers
  • Work in a data-driven manner with follow-up, analysis, and optimization of recruitment processes
  • Contribute to improvement work within Talent Acquisition, for example regarding processes and tools
  • Build and maintain networks for long-term talent supply
Who are you?

We are looking for you who have several years of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition and who are confident in the entire process, from requirement profile to employment. You have experience working with both advertising and proactive recruitment, preferably for hard-to-fill profiles.

You have a clear analytical approach and are accustomed to using data and insights to make decisions and develop your work. At the same time, you are a skilled communicator who thrives in a consultative role where you support and challenge managers in recruitment matters. We believe you are a person who takes initiative, drives your work forward, and has the ability to combine structure with flexibility. You are curious and development-oriented, with a genuine interest in people and competence issues. With an unpretentious approach, you enjoy collaborating with others and contribute to an open and inclusive climate. You also have the courage to think new thoughts, question established ways of working, and drive improvements that create real value.

We would like you to have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in recruitment and/or Talent Acquisition
  • Experience with proactive search
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working in a data-driven manner
  • A consultative and coaching approach to work
  • Very good communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Relevant university education in HR or equivalent

Meritorious:

  • Experience with psychotechnical tests and/or certification in assessment

Please note that the role may be subject to security clearance according to current regulations.

Good to know

This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Jurek and work on-site at our client's premises. We do not collaborate with sub-consultants in this assignment.
